Right at Home is hiring weekend caregivers and home health aides to provide in-home care on Saturdays and Sundays in the St. Augustine area. Join a compassionate team and enjoy flexible weekend shifts, paid training, and biweekly pay.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required (Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Valid driver license, reliable transportation & auto insurance.
• Active Level 2 Background Screening in Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Commit to at least 20 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Current CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Willingness to travel up to 40 minutes within service area (Flagler County, Palm Coast, Bunnell, Flagler Beach, St. Augustine).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Promote a safe, comfortable home environment.
