Transitions LifeCare is hiring a Weekend CNA (Full-Time) to provide compassionate care in home-based hospice settings across Wake, Johnston, Franklin, Orange, and Chatham counties. The role follows a Thursday–Monday 7:00am–3:30pm schedule with rotating holidays and includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.
The position requires a current NC CNA listing, reliable transportation, and hospice/home health experience is preferred. Comprehensive benefits and PTO are provided.
