Homewood Living Martinsburg is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our weekend alternative program. The role focuses on delivering daily living assistance to residents under licensed staff supervision, with an emphasis on compassion, safety, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be listed on the state registry as a Nursing Assistant within 120 days of employment.
• Ability to lift and transfer up to 30 pounds frequently.
• Ability to speak and read English to follow care plans and communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Treat all resident information as confidential.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Provide clean linens and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Record resident information accurately and report changes to the team.
• Participate in resident care planning and implement the care plan.
• Follow supervisor instructions and assist with transfers as per the Lift Free Program.
• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
