We are seeking a Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality patient care on weekend shifts. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support the care team in developing and implementing patient care plans.

Qualifications

• Weekend CNA certification or credentialed nurse assistant.
• Ability to provide direct patient care with empathy and professionalism.
• Competent in assisting with ADLs and documenting care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including vital signs and routine treatments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and other daily activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients.
• Collaborate with the care team to implement patient care plans.
• Accurately document patient care and progress.
