Coventry Meadows in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Weekend Option Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care on day and evening shifts, assist with daily living activities, mobility, and resident comfort.

You will collaborate with nursing and facility teams to deliver coordinated care, uphold the CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence), and help create a homelike, respectful environment for every resident.

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana CNA certification required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and resident mobility.
