Job summary
Oak Hill Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Greensburg, PA is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team and provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with a 2p-6p Friday and Saturday schedule, plus 6a-10p Saturday and Sunday shifts and holiday rotations. A $2,500 sign-on bonus and a $1,000 referral bonus are available, with daily pay through Tap Check and low-cost benefits.
Qualifications
- Must be fully certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) through the state.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with CNA responsibilities.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to resident care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized physical, psychological, and social support for residents.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and feeding.
- Support residents with toileting, colostomy care, transferring, and mobility exercises.
- Ensure the dignity and respect of all residents are maintained during care tasks.
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff.
