Job summary

Ingraham Manor Rehab and Nursing in Bristol, CT is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our weekend team. The role focuses on high-quality resident care within a skilled nursing facility.

The CNA will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and support mobility and transfers while maintaining accurate care records. A CT CNA certification is required and the environment is fast-paced and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently certified CNA in Connecticut
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Monitor vital signs and report all changes to the nursing staff
• Provide mobility support and assist with transfers and ambulation
• Assist with incontinence care and medication administration as required
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress
