Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Bathe, dress and/or undress residents.
• Serve and collect food trays; confirm diet orders; assist with meal times.
• Transport residents to and from dining room.
• Perform limited nursing procedures as instructed and supervised.
• Record vital signs, intake and output, and specimens.
• Assist staff nurses in giving treatments and examinations.
