Job summary

The Fountains at Mill Cove in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our Assisted Living team for weekend, part-time coverage. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health indicators, and report changes to nursing staff in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA certification and be eligible to practice in Florida.
• Experience in assisted living is preferred.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents under supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage with residents to promote socialization and well-being.
