We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to join our team at North County Center Nursing in Collinsville, Oklahoma. As a important member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients.
As a Weekend CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including but not limited to:
- Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team
- Assisting with mealtime and snacks
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
- Documenting patient information and communicating with the healthcare team
- Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring a positive and respectful experience for our patients and families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment by demonstrating kindness, empathy, and compassion
