Job summary

First Atlantic Health Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to participate in a Weekend Warrior program. You will work two 12-hour shifts each weekend for six consecutive weekends, with weekdays free.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional resident care while earning a premium differential of $3.00 per hour for all weekend hours, stacked on top of regular weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• Active Maine C.N.A. Registry placement required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy/physiology.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (showering, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support nutrition (serve meals, feed patients, provide water and nourishment).
• Monitor health by checking vital signs, respond to call lights, report observations.
