Job summary

Westbury Center of Jackson For Nursing and Healing is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for weekend shifts in Jackson, GA. You will perform direct resident care under licensed nurses, assist with ADLs, ambulation, transfers, and monitor vital signs.

Summary:

We're seeking a caring, professional, and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Jackson, GA area to perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed practical nurses. Duties will include, but are not limited to, assisting with all ADL's, ambulating and transfers, taking and recording vital signs, as well as maintaining the confidentiality of resident and facility records/information.

Responsibilities of the Weekend CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

• Assist patients with hygiene needs.
• Measure and record patients' temperatures and blood pressures
• Observe and record patients' reactions to medications and treatment.
• Practice safety and infection control policies
• Maintain scheduling flexibility to meet unit patient care needs.
• Participate in the organization and prioritization of patient and unit activities.
• Supervision is received from the nursing personnel on the unit.
