Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Liaison in Stockton, CA to support our Stockton Regional Rehabilitation Hospital on weekends.

You will evaluate patients for admission, educate referral partners on the value of inpatient rehabilitation, and drive growth in an assigned territory. Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and hospital leadership, you will ensure timely access to care while representing our hospital with professionalism and accountability.

Qualifications

• Active clinical license required: LVN, RN, PT, OT, or RT.
• Experience in a healthcare setting promoting programs or services.
• Strong clinical assessment and admission decision‑making skills.
• Proven ability to build and sustain professional referral relationships.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for admission against criteria.
