Responsibilities

• Clean buildings by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning other surfaces.
• Gather and empty trash and dispose of waste.
• Fill and service restrooms, replenish supplies.
• Mix cleaning agents according to instructions and safety data.
• Move heavy equipment, objects or furniture as needed.
• Identify repairs or maintenance needs and report to supervisor.
• Potential floor work such as carpet steaming, waxing or buffing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
