About the role:

At BrightStar Care, we're seeking compassionate and dedicated Weekend Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personalized home care services throughout Harris County and nearby communities. Opportunities are available in either the Kingwood & Humble area or the Cleveland & Beaumont area. Assignments are based on client needs and availability within one service area, not across all listed communities.

Responsibilities:

As a Home Care CNA, you'll provide one-on-one support tailored to each client's individual needs. Responsibilities may include personal care assistance, mobility support, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping. You'll also play an important role in observing and reporting changes in client condition to help ensure the highest level of care and support.

Schedule & availability:

Weekend opportunities are available throughout Harris County, with assignments typically ranging from 4 to 12 hours. Positions may be located in either the Kingwood & Humble area or the Cleveland & Beaumont area, depending on client needs and your availability.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess an active Texas CNA certification and current CPR/BLS certification. Applicants must also have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and a recent TB test or chest X-ray.
