Genesis HealthCare in Lexington, NC is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for weekend shifts. The role supports residents with activities of daily living under the supervision of a Licensed/Registered Nurse, delivering compassionate care and promoting safety and dignity.

Shift options include Saturdays & Sundays 7am–3pm or Fri–Sat–Sun 3pm–11pm with 12‑hour shifts available. Base pay is supplemented by a shift differential; a state-approved CNA program completion and current certification

Qualifications

• State-approved CNA program completion and current certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) under RN supervision; provide compassionate, quality care.

BASE PAY PLUS SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL

SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS 7AM-3PM

FRIDAY- SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS 3PM-11PM

12 HOURS SHIFT AVAILABLE

Responsibilities

The Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA works alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will also ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.

Posted Salary Range

USD $19.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.
