Home Instead in Indianola, IA is actively seeking experienced, dependable Care Professionals for weekend shifts. You will provide hands-on personal care, assist with mobility, and support clients living with dementia to remain safe and independent at home.

We welcome compassionate individuals with strong communication and the ability to follow care plans, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Weekend schedule offered with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on caregiving experience with personal care, mobility support, or dementia care.
• Available for consistent weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and ability to follow care plans.

Responsabilités

• Hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support transfers and mobility needs.
• Assist clients to navigate daily routines safely.
• Provide patient, respectful, attentive personal care.
• Create a comforting, dignified home environment.
