Senior Lifestyle is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for a Full-Time, weekends-only role in Indiana, PA. The position runs 6 AM–6 PM with hourly pay range $14–$17, focusing on daily living activities, medication reminders, and resident comfort.

The role requires at least one year of senior care experience, English proficiency, and possibly a CNA/CHHA license depending on the state. Benefits are offered, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• You have at least one year of experience working in senior care.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and others, and respond to emergencies.
• You may need to have a CNA or CHHA license depending on the state.
• You have basic computer skills.
• You are compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.
• You can work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• You can solve practical problems and stay composed in high stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
• Follow the schedule of resident’s needs set out by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents.
