Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 9 AM-1 PM, starting the week of November 17, with potential for additional hours as care needs grow. We value patient, attentive support and clear communication with the care team.

• Carefully follow the client's individualized care plan.
• Provide patient, attentive and compassionate support.
• Recognize client needs and proactively coordinate assistance.
