NurseCore is hiring Caregivers / Personal Care Aides (PCAs) in the Carpinteria, Santa Barbara, and Goleta area. Earn $23/hour with weekend shifts available and a $300 sign-on bonus after 80 hours. Flexible scheduling and daily or weekly pay options help you design a life that fits your needs.

Join a supportive team that places clients first and offers one-on-one home care opportunities. Weekend availability is required, with shifts ranging 8 and 12 hours across the week.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a CNA or HHA.
• Registered with the California Home Care Registry.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test or chest X-ray and a current physical.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
