Senior Solutions At Home, Inc. is seeking an experienced caregiver to provide dedicated in-home care for clients near the Wurzbach and NW Military area in San Antonio, TX. The role requires a compassionate individual with a strong background in assisted living and homecare, working Saturdays from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Pay ranges from $14 for non-licensed caregivers to $15 for CNAs. The position involves vital signs monitoring, hygiene assistance, light housekeeping, and adherence to the Plan of

Formación

• Must hold CNA certification or equivalent homecare experience.
• Ability to follow Plan of Care and report changes to supervisor.
• Strong infection control practices and patient hygiene support.
• Excellent communication with patient, family, and agency staff.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain and record vital signs and notify deviations per office policy.
• Assist with personal hygiene including bathing, grooming, dressing, and skin care.
• Support bed linens changes, feeding, hydration, and meal comfort.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and positioning as needed.
• Provide incidental household services to support patient health.
• Provide medication reminders as directed by the agency.
• Follow Plan of Care and document accordingly per agency policy.
• Observe patient condition changes and report to the office.
• Adhere to agency Policies and Procedures and attend required in-services (12 hours/year).
• Perform other duties as assigned and participate in Performance Improvement activities.
