Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Sun City is seeking a Weekend Caregiver to provide compassionate personal care and companionship to clients in their homes in the Phoenix area. You will help with daily activities, monitor well-being, and support families.

This role offers flexible weekend scheduling, opportunities for growth, and the satisfaction of making a real difference in people’s lives through dedicated, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (family caregiving counts)
• CPR/First Aid and TB test (assistance provided if needed)
• Article 9 certification
• Fingerprint clearance card, background check, and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication management
• Engage in activities that promote our clients' physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Maintain accurate records of client care and communication with family members and healthcare providers
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement customized care plans for each client
• Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, promoting a sense of well-being and comfort
