Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and patience.
• Ability to follow client care plans and document accordingly.
• Willingness to travel to client homes and facilities.
• Driver's license and auto insurance.
• Pass a background screening and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Be an actively engaged companion to clients.
• Encourage and participate in the client’s activity planner to enhance quality of life.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and related tasks.
• Follow care plans, maintain care records, and communicate concerns to supervisors.
