Job summary

A senior care facility is seeking a caregiver in Germantown, TN to provide direct assistance to residents with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and must maintain a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities include supporting residents with personal hygiene, mobility, and promoting active participation in activities, emphasizing patience and attention to detail. Flexible scheduling including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of experience as a Caregiver, C.N.A, or PCA.
• Must possess a current Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read regulations and write clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents for their daily living activities.
• Assist residents in bathing, grooming, and using bathroom facilities.
• Communicate changes in residents' physical and psychosocial functioning to team leader.
