Job summary

Comfort Keepers is seeking compassionate caregivers in Denton, TX to provide in-home support for seniors and adults, helping them stay safe, independent, and comfortable at home. You may perform personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation under the client's care plan.

The role offers flexible schedules, paid training, and a supportive team environment. Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required; you will receive onboarding and ongoing guidance as you grow with

• Caring, patient, and dependable.
• Good communication skills.
• High school diploma.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers.

About Comfort Keepers

What You'll Do

Depending on the client's needs, you may:

• Provide companionship and conversation

• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

• Prepare meals and assist with eating

• Help with walking, mobility, and transfers

• Provide medication reminders

• Complete light housekeeping and laundry

• Drive clients to appointments or errands when needed

• Follow the client's care plan

What We're Looking For

• Caring, patient, and dependable

• Good communication skills

• High school diploma

• Caregiving experience is preferred but not required

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers when needed
