Job summary

Senior Helpers is seeking FlexHome Caregivers to provide one-on-one personal care and companionship inside our senior living communities in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will work with individual clients in facilities, not a facility-wide role, offering compassionate, dependable support with daily activities.

Availability includes days, evenings, nights, and weekends, with weekend work required and early mornings preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, including THC.
• Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one personal care and companionship
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition
• Follow individualized care plans
