Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Utah is seeking Weekend Caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical support to clients in the Payson area. You’ll offer companionship, assist with daily activities, and help with light housekeeping in clients’ homes, giving families dependable weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• A kind and patient attitude.
• Dependable and punctual.
• No prior caregiving experience required; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the U.S.
• If driving clients: valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Pay raise after 90 days is possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offer medication reminders
• Build positive relationships with clients and families
