Job summary

Visiting Angels of Topeka is seeking a Weekend Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care for senior clients in Auburn, Topeka, and surrounding areas. You will assist with personal care, light housekeeping, meals, and mobility, helping clients stay at home with dignity.

Qualifications

• Reliable, compassionate caregiver providing in-home support.
• Experience with basic housekeeping and meal preparation preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Manage light housekeeping tasks.
• Encourage exercise and fitness goals.
• Support medication reminders as prescribed.
• Assist with shopping and meal planning/prep.
• Help clients with mobility and transportation as needed.
• Report health changes promptly and respond to emergencies.
