Job summary

Country Meadows in Frederick, MD is seeking Caregivers to support residents with daily routines and social engagement. Weekend shifts available (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am).

Pay ranges from $17.50 to $21.50 per hour, with potential shift differentials based on experience. We offer benefits including medical coverage, vision, dental, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening.

Responsibilities

• Help residents live their lives to the fullest by assisting them with their daily routines.
• Build bonds through companionship.
• Show patience, compassion and empathy in each engagement with all residents and their families.
• Assist residents in organizing their day and activities and enjoy themselves.
• Use of Point of Service technology to obtain meal orders from residents, as needed.
