Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Denton, TX is seeking caring and loving Caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors. You will offer friendly companionship and assist with daily activities, including dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, laundry, and light housekeeping.

This role may involve personal care such as bathing, mobility support, and incontinence care, plus transportation to appointments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Dementia/Parkinson's care experience preferred
• Facility setting experience is a plus
• Skilled in Hoyer lift, gait belt, and transfer boards
• With reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license required
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Pass background check
• Honest, dependable, respectful of dignity and privacy

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly companionship and assistance with daily activities, including dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, running errands, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Personal Care, including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding, and other services.
• Provides transportation to doctor’s appointments and runs errands.
