Job summary

Home Instead - South Atlanta seeks compassionate weekend caregivers in Fayetteville, GA. You’ll be a valued member of a family dedicated to enriching seniors’ lives, providing care, companionship, and support with competing compensation ranging from $14.00 - $15.00 per hour, paid semi-monthly.

Responsibilities include personal care, ADLs assistance, transportation, cooking, and safety monitoring, with paid training and PCA certification provided.

Qualifications

• No professional experience required; paid training and PCA certification provided.
• Must be able to commit to 16+ hours per week.
• Strong compassion and desire to improve lives of seniors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to Fayetteville, GA and surrounding areas.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care, Companionship, and Emotional Support.
• Assist with ADLs and transportation, light housekeeping, cooking.
• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.
• Follow individualized care plans to meet clients’ needs.
• Communicate with clients, families, and Home Instead team.
