Job summary

Visiting Angels Beaumont is seeking a Weekend Caregiver to join our local team. You will provide compassionate in-home care to seniors, assist with daily activities, meals, and mobility, and offer a supportive companionship.

Prior caregiving experience and a high school diploma are preferred. We offer training opportunities, flexible weekend shifts, and the chance to grow in dementia or Alzheimer’s care while making a real difference in the community.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid.
• Good time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with prescribed medications.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility around home or outings.
• Support with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with routine exercises and meal planning.
• Run errands or accompany clients on shopping trips.
• Perform light housekeeping and provide companionship.
