SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking weekend caregivers in Westchester, NY, offering compassionate, non-medical care to clients of all ages. You’ll provide companionship, assist with light housekeeping and meals, and help with medication reminders while maintaining reliable, punctual shifts.

Formación

• Successful completion of thorough background screening.
• Successful completion of a drug screening.
• Successful completion of 2 professional references.
• A medical physical within the past 10 months with clearance for habituation.
• Evidence of a negative TB test within the last year.
• Home Health Care Certification(s).

Responsabilidades

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements: UPON OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT

Upon offer and acceptance of employment as required under New York industry-specific law; the Offer of Employment will be contingent on the following:

• Successful completion of a thorough background screening;

• Successful completion of a drug screening;

• Successful completion of 2 professional references;

• A medical physical was completed within the past 10 months with clearance for habituation.

• Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test within the last year

• Home Health Care Certification(s).
