SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking compassionate childcare providers to care for children in their own homes under our independent national network. You will be valued for the comforting care that comes from your heart and will help support families with trusted in-home childcare.

As a Childcare Provider you will engage children with activities, assist with light chores and meals, maintain clear communication with families, and ensure punctual, reliable shifts.

• Provide attention to children's needs, including engaging and fun activities
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
