Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking a weekend-availability caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care following individualized care plans. You will work directly with clients in their homes, delivering compassionate support and monitoring progress.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to maintain accurate client records. Prior Home Health or Hospice background is a plus, CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow one-on-one care plans in patient homes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed.
• Care for clients with compassion and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles.
• Care for clients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care.
• Maintain records of client care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor.
• Build relationships with clients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities.

We are looking for a Caregiver with weekend availability to join our team! You will be directly working with clients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes.

You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care, but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.

• HHA, CNA
• High School Diploma or GED
• One year prior professional experience
• Driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation
• CPR certification required
