You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care across departments, while maintaining rigorous professional standards and documentation throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Maintain professional accountability for patient care.
