The instructor will supervise BSN students during clinical rotations, provide real-time coaching, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and nursing standards while collaborating with faculty and site

Qualifications

Unencumbered Florida or Compact State RN License required.
Minimum 4 years clinical RN experience required.
ASN from an accredited school required; BSN preferred.
Experience in clinical instruction or nursing education preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate BSN labs and simulations, weekends, at Boynton Beach campus.
Supervise BSN students during clinical rotations.
Provide real-time coaching and evaluate clinical competency and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection-control standards, and site policies.
Provide timely feedback and complete student evaluations and reports.
