Job summary

ParTee Shack Raleigh is seeking energetic Weekend Bartender/Server to deliver great drinks, service, and atmosphere in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

Ideal candidates are 21+, with at least 1 year of bartending and serving experience, strong cocktail knowledge, and the ability to multitask during busy shifts. The role includes event support and laser tag activities with a fun team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.
• Previous serving experience.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to multitask during high-volume shifts.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Check-In - Welcome guests with energy and create an unforgettable experience from entry to departure.
• Battle & Birdie Event Support - Assist with parties, corporate events, setup, food running, and drink service to ensure guests have a great time.
• Food & Beverage Service - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while delivering quality service in a fast-paced setting.
• Tactical Laser Tag Operations - Explain rules, assist with equipment, and maintain a fun, safe, high-energy atmosphere during gameplay.
• Cleanliness & Safety - Keep the facility, bar, and dining areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work - Collaborate with teammates to keep weekends smooth and upbeat.
