Job summary

Corner Cup Coffee Shop at the Fargo location is seeking a friendly barista who can deliver personal service with a smile. You will greet guests, take orders, explain menu items, and prepare coffee drinks including specialty beverages, while entering orders into the POS system accurately.

The role emphasizes reliability in a fast-paced setting with a focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction, offering wage plus tips and weekend shifts from 6am to 1pm.

Our Baristas are friendly and hospitable, ensuring that coffee drinks and food are prepared to our guests liking. Our baristas are always organized, calm, and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure our guests have the best experience at our Corner Cup Coffee Shop. If you have a passion for coffee and customer service, this may be just the job for you! Wage+Tips, Weekends between 6a-1p.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet all customers with a friendly smile; provide friendly, efficient and personal service to each customer.
• Take food and drink orders; understand the food and beverage menu in order to provide the best possible description and execution of menu items to your guests.
• Have an in-depth understanding of the coffee preparation process, including specialty drinks.
• Accurately and efficiently enter orders into POS system.
• Receive and prepare orders sent through from the POS system.
• Clear and reset counters and tables at the conclusion of each guest's visit.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Provide guests with the finest quality of service at all times, warmly and enthusiastically.

QUALIFICATIONS
