Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Appleton is seeking an RS Avionics Installer II for the Weekend Shift. The role focuses on assisting in the removal/installation of avionics and electrical components, with fabrication of wire harnesses and functional tests, on a 36-hour week paid as 40 hours.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of aviation electronics schooling or an avionics certificate with 1 year of related experience, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years accredited schooling in aviation electronics or an avionics certificate with one year related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installations, modifications, and fabrication of wiring/electrical components per blueprints and drawings.
• Maintain required logs and records.
• Complete tasks within allotted time frame.
• Ensure work meets regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
