Job summary

Robert Bosch Tool Corporation seeks an Electrical Maintenance Technician for the 5th weekend shift (Sat/Sun, 6:30pm–6:30am). This full-time role maintains and troubleshoots automatic, robotic, and CNC machinery, with PLC/HMI programming and robot operation responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in manufacturing, can read schematics, work safely with 480V panels, and contribute to continuous improvement in a high-tech production environment.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in a manufacturing environment with control systems, PLCs, CNC controls, robotics, and HMIs.
• Experience reading prints, schematics, and equipment documentation for installation, modification and repair.
• Ability to work safely in electrical panels and handle 480V and lower.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, and repair automatic, robotic, and CNC machinery.
• Maintain and service automated paint lines, setting presses, welders, CNC grinders, and robots.
• Program and modify PLCs, HMIs, and servo controllers; adjust control modules.
• Operate and teach robot positions, and support material handling paths.
• Prepare wiring diagrams to document changes and perform mechanical repairs as needed.
• Enter work details into SAP or equivalent work order system.
• Support daily continuous improvement activities.
