Athletes Global Corporation is seeking a Future Artist Instructor to lead a creative art program for children aged 5–9. The role focuses on foundational art concepts, hands-on projects, and a positive classroom environment.

Location is in-person at 8100 Braddock Road, Annandale, VA, with program dates from 9-13-2026 to 11-1-2026. Schedule is Sundays, 12:00 pm to 12:55 pm, and pay is $23–$28 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, camps, childcare, or similar).
• Background in art, design, or creative instruction preferred.
• Ability to lead a group, communicate clearly, and engage young learners.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a structured classroom.
• Positive, encouraging attitude with a passion for helping children develop confidence through art.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver weekly art lessons suitable for children ages 5–9.
• Introduce students to basic techniques in drawing, painting, mixed media, and creative expression.
• Prepare materials and set up the classroom prior to each session.
• Provide step-by-step instruction while allowing freedom for individual creativity.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Encourage students, offer constructive feedback, and support their artistic growth.
• Communicate as needed with site staff regarding supplies, attendance, or class updates.
• Manage cleanup and ensure materials are stored properly after class.
