Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patrons, visitors, and staff at a library location while armed security procedures are followed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally and follow post orders.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activities to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and coordinate with authorities when needed.
