Copper Ridge Health & Rehab is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Weekend Activity Aide to join our team in California. This role focuses on planning, organizing, and facilitating recreational and therapeutic activities for residents, helping enhance their quality of life and engagement on weekends.

You'll support individual and group activities, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and genuine interest in working with seniors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous experience in activities, recreation, customer service, or healthcare is preferred but not required.
