Job summary

Hours: Saturdays & Sundays, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our community life program on weekends. This role focuses on enhancing residents’ quality of life by assisting with and leading engaging activities.
- Assist residents with participation in daily activities and social events
- Support community life staff in planning and facilitating recreational programs
- Provide companionship and encourage resident engagement
- Assist residents with noon meals, including basic support as needed
- Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity during activities and mealtimes
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding resident needs
- Current CNA certification
- Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality
- Experience with senior care or group activities preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
