Thrive Rehab of Pearland is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Activities Assistant with excellent customer service to bring energy, warmth, and compassion to our residents. You’ll create meaningful moments through music, games, crafts, and conversation, strengthening our friendly, resort-like atmosphere.

In this weekend role, you’ll lead group activities, connect individually with residents, document participation, and help with decorating and transporting residents to activity areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in nursing home, assisted living, or memory care preferred.
• Weekend availability and reliable attendance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead group activities such as Bingo, trivia, and exercise classes.
• Spend 1-on-1 time with residents or read aloud.
• Document resident participation; familiarity with PointClickCare is a plus.
• Help transport residents and decorate for seasonal events.
