Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a Weekend Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Fri–Sun, 12-hour shifts, 6:00pm–6:00am) in Ohio. You will lead up to five Production Leads and roughly 50 hourly staff, ensuring safe, compliant production that meets customer and quality standards.

The role emphasizes driving performance, engagement, and continuous improvement while maintaining GMP and food safety compliance in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and develop up to five Production Leads and oversee up to 50 hourly employees.
• Coordinate production activities to meet daily targets while ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.
• Promote and uphold GMP, HACCP, SQF, USDA, FDA, and food safety requirements.
• Lead safety observations, incident investigations, and corrective actions as part of a safe work environment.
• Partner with HR on employee relations, attendance management, and performance issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement.
