Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Clear and active nursing license for the state of Missouri.
• Experience as clinical director or other managerial position.
• Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the seamless operation of the facility and drive successful execution of surgical procedures across specialties.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain a state-of-the-art center.
• Oversee perioperative areas such as Pre-Op, Post-Op, and Circulating and ensure safety standards.
