Superior Van & Mobility Llc in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a proactive Lot Attendant to support the showroom and outdoor lot. You will prep vans for sale, assist rental operations, and aid technicians with light tasks.

This full-time, weekday-only role offers a steady schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with no weekends, opportunities to photograph vehicles, manage vehicle readiness, and grow in a hands-on automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; automotive dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Positive, customer-service oriented attitude.
• Dependable and punctual; good communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle appearance in showroom and lot to high standards.
• Perform Post Delivery Inspections (PDI) on newly received vans.
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery including cleaning.
• Clean rental vehicles on return and reinstall seats and tie-downs.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned and fueled as needed.
• Photograph vehicles for website and display window stickers and guides.
• Move vehicles between locations or to customer homes as needed.
• Maintain showroom, offices, restrooms, shop area, and parking lot cleanliness.
• Assist technicians with minor repairs and installations.
• Perform Superior Service on incoming vehicles and follow company standards.
• Maintain records related to repair, installation, and maintenance.
