Whitsons Culinary Group is hiring a Food Service Worker at Nashoba Florence Sawyer School in Bolton, MA. Join our school nutrition team to prep, portion, and serve meals to students and staff, with no nights or weekends and afternoons off by mid-day.

This on-site position offers opportunities for growth with a starting wage of $16-$19 per hour, and requires following strict food safety standards while contributing to a positive kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Must complete Whitsons and government-mandated training.
• Minimum 1 year of professional food service experience preferred but not required.
• ServSafe certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to speak and read English sufficient to understand and perform job assignments, follow recipes, and comply with safety requirements.
• Always presents a positive and professional image; ability to work effectively as part of a food service team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep, portion, and serve meals to students and staff.
